Matt Downs Biography
Before practicing law, Matt Downs worked for start-up tech companies and spent time in academia. After law school, he was a senior advisor and counsel to a U.S. Senator and then to leadership at a federal agency. He has experience in political campaigns and for-profit entrepreneurial ventures.
Matt knows first-hand that successful mission-driven organizations understand that they must blend elements from each of these worlds: politics and political campaigns, and the rigor of the private sector.
He has started his own for-profit businesses and non-profit companies. All these experiences give Matt a breadth of vision, wisdom, and skills with which he provides outstanding real-world value to clients.
